Code Review
This PR correctly upgrades hono in dns-analytics to fix a security vulnerability. However, the fix is incomplete as many other packages in this monorepo still use the vulnerable version. I've added a comment recommending a monorepo-wide update to fully address the issue.

This update to hono is necessary to fix a security vulnerability. However, this change only applies to the dns-analytics package. I've noticed that many other packages in this monorepo still depend on the vulnerable version 4.7.6. To fully remediate the security risk, all occurrences of hono across the monorepo should be updated to 4.10.3 or a newer, secure version.
